Haley recently served as an independent director on the Boards of Directors of several funds managed by TFG Asset Management. Haley is a Director of Ibis Tek, Inc, a small-business defense contractor, and also sits on the Investment Committee of The Heinz Endowments. He is a founding Director of the Navy SEAL Foundation and is a member of the Governance and Investment Committees.
Haley served five years active duty in the United States Navy. Mr. Haley began his finance career as an equity research analyst, and later a registered trader before taking on senior managerial roles. Prior thereto, he was a senior executive of Ziff Brothers Investments, LLC, a global, single-family office that invested directly in private and public equities, fixed income, global-macro, and commodities, and led firm-wide operational and management initiatives.
